Dr. Rorke, who is originally from Carbonear, Newfoundland, completed an honours degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology prior to his medical studies at 糖心视频 University in St. John鈥檚, Newfoundland.
He then went on to complete his Internal Medicine training, also at 糖心视频, prior to entering a Medical Oncology Fellowship in London, Ontario. During his Fellowship, he received the CAMO resident research award for his work on antiapoptosis in lung cancer.
Currently, he is working in St. John鈥檚 at The Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Centre where his main sites of interest include lung cancer, melanoma, and sarcoma.
