Please note that medical education transcripts and translations of the Doctor of Medicine (MD) diploma may only be obtained from the Office of the Registrar. Graduates of ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ University's MD program may request an official transcript at .

MD Verification and Confirmation of Graduation from ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ University’s MD Program may be requested in one of the following ways:

1.       In person at the UGME office with a valid, government issued, photo identification.
2.       In an email to ugmesecretary@mun.ca from an @mun.ca email account
3.       In writing, with the graduate's signature, addressed to:

                         Associate Dean, UGME
                         Undergraduate Medical Education
                         Faculty of Medicine  |   Room 2M101

                         300 Prince Philip Drive
                         St. John’s, Newfoundland, Canada   A1B 3V6 

MD Verification requests must include the following information about the graduate:

                First and last name
                First and last name at the time of graduation (if different from above)
                Email address (@mun.ca if possible)
                Year of Graduation
                Date of Birth
                Name of the institution, to which the verification must be sent (if applicable), including:
                - Address
                - Phone number
                - Fax

Payment for MD Verification may be made by cheque or money order payable to ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ University Faculty of Medicine.
