Resident Teaching Effectiveness Program Policy
Definitions
CanMEDS/CanMEDS-FM — A national, needs-based, outcome-oriented, competency framework initiative endorsed by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) and the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC).
Medical Education Scholarship Centre (MESC) — A support unit of individuals who possess expertise in education scholarship who foster research and development in medical education within the Faculty of Medicine (FoM).
Teaching Consultant — A member of the Medical Education Scholarship Centre (MESC) who is responsible for the development and implementation of programs to facilitate and support effective teaching practices.
Teaching Effectiveness Program (TEP) — An interactive, multi-year program designed to enhance the teaching administered by residents in all residency programs at 糖心视频 University.
