8.5 Government Assistance

The Government of Canada and the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador work together to provide student financial assistance to residents of the Province. Students who have a demonstrated financial need may, upon application, receive financial support from the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Student Financial Assistance Program. Students are encouraged to apply online at and to apply early.
