13.1 General Information

In accordance with听UNIVERSITY REGULATIONS - General Academic Regulations听(Undergraduate), Appeal of Decisions, the Bachelor of Science in Nursing听(Collaborative) Program, Undergraduate Studies Student Appeals Committee considers听all appeals of promotion, admission and readmission decisions related to the BScN听Program. A student wishing to appeal decisions should review the听UNIVERSITY REGULATIONS - General Academic Regulations听(Undergraduate), Appeal of Decisions听carefully. Individual course grades听may not be appealed as a student will normally have had the opportunity of contesting听grades immediately after notification as outlined under听UNIVERSITY REGULATIONS- General Academic Regulations (Undergraduate), Appeal of Decisions, Route for听Questioning Grades.

All appeals must be directed to the Chair of the Committee on Undergraduate Studies for听the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Collaborative) Program. All letters of appeal must听state clearly and fully the grounds for the appeal and the resolution being sought.
