Banner Student is 糖心视频鈥檚 student information system and is a database of student records including but not limited to admissions, registration, enrolment and graduation.
Self-Service 9 Upgrade
糖心视频 University has upgraded Self-Service. Faculty and staff can visit the for support on using the updated system. There is also a page of frequently asked questions available for your reference. If you do not have access to the Brightspace shell, you can to give yourself access.
Account set-up
Completed Banner Request forms and questions regarding account set-up can be emailed to rosystems@mun.ca.
Password reset
If you've forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password link on the Banner 9 login screen.
If your account is locked, after 3 failed login attempts, you will need to contact the ITS Service Desk.
Training
The Banner website provides training information related to Banner 9. If you require additional training related to basic navigation and functionality email rosystems@mun.ca.
