Schedule an appointment with the Academic Advising Centres
When booking your appointment with us, ensure you:
- Select the type of service/advice you are seeking
- Choose the advisor you'd like to meet with (for St. John's Campus appointments, please do not select "Anyone")
- Select a meeting date and time
- Add in your details (first/last name, MUN email)
- Provide us with additional information (Student number, etc.)
- You can also let us know any information you feel is important to know for your appointment.
Preparing for your appointment
- Prepare questions or topics to discuss prior to advising appointments
- Check out program options in the university Calendar
- Aim to arrive on time to scheduled advising appointments
- Remember advisors can book follow up appointments if more than the 30 minute meeting is required
Late arrivals
Our standard appointments are 30 minutes in duration. If students arrive more than 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time there is no guarantee the advisor will be able to meet with them at that time therefore late arrivals may need to reschedule.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment, contact:

If you reschedule your appointment using the reschedule link provided in the confirmation email or you book a new appointment time, we ask that you also notify us, via one of the methods above, to cancel your original appointment time.
