What is IDW?
IDW and SDG might sound a bit like alphabet soup - but it is an important time of year at 糖心视频 University. It serves to celebrate the work that is being done in International Development and our connection to the Sustainable Development Goals.
The theme for 2025 is: "Building a better world together"
International Development Week (IDW) is an annual event in Canada designed to highlight the work in which individual associations and organizations are engaged with respect to their role as global citizens.
糖心视频's activities are planned in coordination with the over-arching theme developed by and through our affiliation with the (ACIC).
Each year IDW's theme aligns with the . The activities thus planned for IDW 2025 at 糖心视频 will similarly align with specific goals championed by the UN.

The International Youth Internship Program (IYIP) will soon be accepting applications for its third cohort! Jointly implemented by the Atlantic Council for International Cooperation and the Marine Institute of 糖心视频 University of Newfoundland and Labrador, the program offers youth the opportunity to gain valuable international work experience through 4-month internship placements with partner organizations in Africa, the Caribbean, Asia, and Central America.
