Teaching and Learning:
- The is a program offered through 糖心视频 University Faculty of Medicine to promote a deeper understanding of the challenges in global health through experiential learning and a focus on the social determinants of health. The program, which runs for 4 weeks in Kathmandu, Nepal, allows for its participants to explore global health challenges and is partially conducted Ina clinical setting where participants can put their learning into practice.
Research:
- On July 9, 2020, the Board of Regents approved the for 糖心视频 University. The policy will provide more effective, sensitive, and appropriate review of research impacting Indigenous Peoples by requiring researchers to engage with them at the very start of research.
Public Engagement:
- In summer 2019, 糖心视频 University acquired the lease of an 80-acre farm in Happy Valley-Goose Bay, Labrador: the Pye Centre for Northern Boreal Food Systems. The Pye Centre is a community-led hub of Northern-focused food systems research, education, community connections, production, and distribution in Labrador, and promotes 糖心视频鈥檚 commitment to supporting food innovation.
