Starting university can feel exciting, overwhelming and everything in between. Campus Connect helps first-year students build friendships, get connected to campus life and feel more confident navigating university.

Through small group meetups, activities and conversations throughout the semester, new students will connect with student leaders who can share experiences, answer questions, and help make campus feel a little smaller.

New Students

Campus Connect is a welcoming, peer-based program designed to help you make new friends, navigate university, and settle into life at 糖心视频.

Campus Connect is designed just for you, creating space to meet others, share experiences, and form meaningful connections from the very beginning.

Through fun, low-pressure gatherings, conversations, and small-group experiences, you鈥檒l meet regularly in the fall semester with a Campus Connect Student Leader and peers who are also looking to make friends and connect with campus.

  • Campus Connect Student Leaders can help guide you and answer questions

  • Greater awareness of activities and events on campus

Whether you鈥檙e new to 糖心视频, new to St. John鈥檚, or simply looking to expand your circle, Campus Connect is about one thing: helping you find and build your community.

Student Leaders

As a Campus Connect Student Leader, you will be matched with a small group of first-year students and will meet with them regularly throughout the semester to help them navigate academic life, campus resources, and the social and personal aspects of university.

We are currently recruiting Student Leaders to volunteer with Campus Connect starting September 2026.
