Now available: Qualtrics ExpertReview features
Today we announce a new add-on feature ExpertReviewTM available in our 糖心视频 Qualtrics license as of March 2023. Powered by artificial intelligence (AI), this new solution empowers researchers to weed out poor quality feedback, allowing you to make critical business decisions with more accurate data.
ExpertReview鈥檚 functionality within the survey editor is to help a researcher ensure that their surveys collect data of the highest quality. has 3 major functions:
- Measuring the data quality of the survey elements (questions, logic, quotas, etc.).
- Recommending how users should improve those elements and providing documentation for research-based explanations on these recommendations.
- Predicting the quality of the data that will be collected.
ExpertReview's functionality within the Data & Analysis module is referred to as Response Quality. is a lot like , but instead of assessing the quality of your survey, Response Quality tells you the overall quality of the data you have collected before you begin to analyze it. It can also help you filter for this data, making it easier for you to clean your data at the end of your research. ExpertReview can assess poor completion rate, poor completion rate within a 24 hour window, bots, duplicates, and requests for sensitive data.
