ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ

Message from the President

This is our moment.

I believe in leading with courage, clarity and a deep respect for people and place.

Together, we’ll chart a course that prepares students for life, not just work – through academic excellence, deep community connection and an unwavering commitment to putting students at the centre of every decision we make.

Few institutions carry a history as unique as ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ University – forged in the rugged heart of Newfoundland and Labrador, built by toughness, boldness, resilience and pride. For a century, this university has been a place where people don’t just access education but harness it – where discovery of self and deep community connections come alive.

We need to protect and adapt this for the future. I’m honoured to be here and energized by the possibilities ahead.

This is our moment to define the next century of ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ University – together.
