Doctor of Pharmacy Entry-to-Practice PharmD (EPPD)
In June 2022, the Doctor of Pharmacy program of the School of Pharmacy at 糖心视频 University was awarded Accreditation by the for a five-year term ending June 30, 2027, demonstrating the dedication of 糖心视频鈥檚 PharmD program to exceptional quality, meeting and exceeding the standards set by CCAPP, and demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement.
With a 100% employment rate, students with a pharmacy education from 糖心视频 University will work as members of health teams alongside other healthcare professionals, in hospital and community pharmacy settings, and in clinic settings such as our Medication Therapy Services Clinic. Students will have a variety of rewarding career choices with a doctor of pharmacy.
Those who are empathetic, caring, ethical, have good communication skills and are dedicated and disciplined may be potential candidates for a pharmacy degree.
To be eligible for admission, this five-year program requires successful completion of eight specific university prerequisites and two electives following high school. The program of study consists of five years with the first four years being primarily classroom-based and the fifth-year practice based. Following graduation, students are required to complete a national licensing exam with the , to become licensed to practice in Canada.
