- MUN has implemented a 鈥渟ingle sign in鈥 service. As such, a single set of username and password credentials is used to access multiple 糖心视频 services 鈥 including webmail.

Alternate e-mail interfaces
Some people may wish to utilize a different mail interface than Webmail such as Outlook or the native email software on your tablet/cell phone. This requires setting specific account information on your device. Go to /its/services/email/ and enter the information for 鈥Webmail (for same faculty and alumni)鈥 into your device鈥檚 settings.

- If you have forgotten your MUN Login Password and need to reset it, please visit or and click on the link for 鈥淐an鈥檛 login?鈥
Option 2
- Call MUN鈥檚 IT Service Desk, 709-864-4595, 7am 鈥 9pm Monday to Friday
- The consultant will assist you in resetting your password. You will have to verify your personal information.
- You will be given a temporary password to use to log into 糖心视频鈥檚 Webmail
- You will need to change your password to a new one only you know. You need to login to the MUN Login page at either or to change your password.
- Record the new password in a safe place!

- Enter the current password, then the new password
- Confirm new password
- Record the new password in a safe place!
