Faculty Load and Compensation
Phase I of Faculty Load and Compensation (FLAC) has been implemented at 糖心视频 University for all academic units except Faculty of Medicine and Grenfell Campus.
FLAC enables instructional assignments entered in Banner Student to be applied against compensation rules configured in Banner HR to create compensation packages for per course instructors and extra teaching assignments.
Compensation packages will be reviewed by the academic units in 糖心视频 Self-Service and subsequently approved using Banner Workflow technology. Once the instructional appointment has been approved, the instructor will receive electronic correspondence regarding their course appointment and they will be able to view and acknowledge their compensation package in 糖心视频 Self-Service.
Phase II of FLAC will enable faculty load to be tracked in Banner.
