Encrypted email issue

When you receive an email that will not allow you to access the contents due to attachments being encrypted or password protected, please do the following:

  1. Save the "OriginalMessage.txt" attachment to your desktop.
  2. Log into .
  3. In the bottom left of the browser window click the cog () icon.
  4. Select "Import messages".
  5. Select the file "OriginalMessage.txt" you downloaded in step 1.
  6. Click "Upload" button.
  7. This should display the email in Webmail.

You should then be able to open the attachment from the Webmail interface.
