Encrypted email issue
When you receive an email that will not allow you to access the contents due to attachments being encrypted or password protected, please do the following:
- Save the "OriginalMessage.txt" attachment to your desktop.
- Log into .
- In the bottom left of the browser window click the cog (
) icon. - Select "Import messages".
- Select the file "OriginalMessage.txt" you downloaded in step 1.
- Click "Upload" button.
- This should display the email in Webmail.
You should then be able to open the attachment from the Webmail interface.
