The administrator account username you would have received from the OCIO is “!” followed by your own username. For example, jdoe's admin username would be !jdoe. 

 Passwords for these accounts are good for 90 days. When you need to change your password:

1. Press Control + Alt + Delete then click “Change password” from the options listed
2. Once in the area to change your password, change the username of the account to match your admin. For example: MEMORIAL\!username (Username will be your admin username) 
3. It will now ask you for your old password, new password and new password again in their respective fields. (Your password must be 14 characters or more; numbers and special characters are recommended) then press enter, 
4. Once you have done this, it should say your password has been changed.
