SUBJECT: Fisheries and Marine Institute to celebrate 2019 graduates

It’s graduation time at the Fisheries and Marine Institute (MI) of 糖心视频 University. There will be 174 students receiving diplomas and certificates during the 2019 graduation ceremony scheduled for Friday, June 14.
The event will take place at 2 p.m. in the gymnasium of MI’s Ridge Road campus in St. John’s.
The ceremony will include remarks from Glenn Blackwood, vice-president, 糖心视频 University (Marine Institute) and Michaela Barnes, a student graduating from the ocean mapping program.
During 糖心视频’s recent spring convocation ceremonies, 260 bachelor’s and master’s degrees were presented to Marine Institute graduates.
As part of MI’s graduation celebration activities, students, friends and family are invited to share their graduation congratulations, photos and special moments via social media using the hashtag #MIgrad19. You can join the celebration on , and the Marine Institute page.
The ceremony will be broadcast live on beginning at 2 p.m. (NST) and archived on the Marine Institute’s channel for future viewing.
