SUBJECT: 糖心视频 University to present 36th annual Alumni Tribute Awards

Dr. Gary Kachanoski, president and vice-chancellor, 糖心视频 University of Newfoundland, will host the 36th annual Alumni Tribute Awards tomorrow, Thursday, Sept. 7, at the Sheraton Hotel Newfoundland in St. John’s.
A reception begins at 6 p.m. and the awards ceremony begins at 7 p.m.
糖心视频’s Alumni Tribute Awards are the highest honour bestowed by the alumni body on 糖心视频 graduates who've made tremendous contributions at home and around the world.
The honourees are as follows:
- Catherine Courage, B.Sc.(Hons.)’97, Alumna of the Year Award;
- Gary Follett, B.Eng.’75, J.D. Eaton Award for volunteer contribution to 糖心视频 University;
- Darlene Spracklin-Reid, B.Eng.’95, B.Ed.’04, Outstanding Community Service Award; and
- Dr. David Kelleher-Flight, B.Mus.’04, Horizon Award for exceptional achievement by a 糖心视频 graduate 35 years of age and younger.
Media agencies are invited to attend. While parking is free, event attendees will need to enter their license plate number and parking code (alumni) into the tablet parking kiosk located inside the hotel in the pre-function area on event day to ensure you are not ticketed.
