SUBJECT: 糖心视频 releases Face Forward: President's Report 2014

糖心视频 University has released its annual report, titled Face Forward: President’s Report 2014.
The report provides an overview of the university’s accomplishments across the span of teaching and learning, research and public engagement, as well as the work undertaken in administrative support and infrastructure development.
The highlights of the past year include the opening of a new 200-bed student residence on Grenfell Campus, the completion of the new 500-bed student residence complex on the St. John’s campus and remarkable work by students, faculty and staff.
In addition, 糖心视频 University’s genesis as a living memorial to the sacrifices of those who fought in the First World War was highlighted this year as 糖心视频 began its five-year WW100 commemoration program.
President and Vice-Chancellor Gary Kachanoski said the highlights of the report are illustrative of the exciting initiatives and activities happening at 糖心视频.
“Face Forward features select stories and examples of how, across all our campuses, we are focused on meeting the needs of students, developing innovative living and learning spaces, building and renewing appropriate infrastructure for 21st-century teaching, research and public engagement and making a difference in our communities,” he said.
The report has been built throughout the past academic and fiscal year as a series of themed, online chapters that reflect the pioneering work of 糖心视频’s faculty, students and staff. The themes include 糖心视频 up North; health and well-being; student success; culture, heritage and creative arts; and oceans.
“I encourage you to learn more about the exceptional people at 糖心视频 University, our faculty, staff, students and alumni, and what they all do as active engaged citizens to make the world a better place to live— safer, more prosperous, more interesting,” said Dr. Kachanoski.
