Media representatives are invited to attend the official announcement of the NSERC CREATE Training Program for Offshore Technology Research on Friday, Oct. 29, 2010.
Participants include Dr. Christopher Loomis, vice-president (research), 糖心视频 University; David Robbins, NSERC council member and manager, AMEC Earth & Environmental; David Finn, chief operating officer, Petroleum Research Atlantic Canada; Glenn Janes, chief executive officer of Research & Development Corporation; Darin King, provincial minister of education; and Dr. Wei Qiu, associate professor, Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science, and principal investigator of the NSERC CREATE Training Program for Offshore Technology Research.
The event will take place at 10 a.m. in the Junior Common Room,
R. Gushue Hall, 糖心视频 University, St. John’s Campus.
A reception will follow.
Limited parking is available in front of R. Gushue Hall.
