Evidence-based studies show that inclusive leaders create diverse and inclusive workplaces that in turn produce highly engaged employees and greater organizational performance.聽Leader鈥檚 play a critical role in setting the tone, the guardrails and driving accountability for their direct team culture and the overall culture for the organization. The session is designed to address and recognize common workplace biases, stereotypes, microaggressions and to identify inappropriate communication (verbal and non-verbal) between your current and future employees, colleagues and customers. It will provide leaders with the language and knowledge of how they impact and influence inclusion with their team culture.
