Research Statement
My Ph.D. project builds upon my M.A. research by exploring Indigenous representation and visibility at museums throughout Newfoundland and Labrador, including sites such as L鈥橝nse aux Meadows and Red Bay. I will use digital media analysis, public surveying, interviews with museum professionals, and exhibit analysis to better understand the representation of Indigenous cultures, both past and present, in heritage facilities of the province.
